| Position requires Commercial Insurance Property Litigation experience with responsibilities including:
-Review and create new loss assignments
-Establish appropriate initial loss and expense reserves
-Analyze and interpret policy language
-Draft coverage correspondence including reservation of rights andd coverage disclaimer, along with commposing other detailed correspondence to insureds, claimants, attorneys, etc.
-Proactively manage complex litigation and commercial first-party claims files
-Compose and transmit Large Loss Reports
-Obtain all required state adjuster licenses and maintain them as req.
Qualifications:
Some College Preferred and min. 15 years commercial insurance exp.
Windows at Int. level
Prefer CPCU,AIC,AEI
